All prices in AUD. Orders dispatched same business day if placed before 12pm AEST.
Order processing
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
During sales and limited drops, dispatch may take an extra 1-2 business days. We'll always email you if there's a delay.
Australian delivery
We ship across Australia using Australia Post and DHL Express.
- Standard: 2-5 business days — free on orders over $50, otherwise $9.95
- Express: 1-2 business days — $30 flat
Remote postcodes (parts of WA, NT, far-north QLD and TAS) may take 1-3 extra business days.
International delivery
We ship worldwide using DHL Express. Flat rates per region — no hidden surcharges at checkout.
- New Zealand: 4-7 business days — $30 AUD
- Asia-Pacific (Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam): 5-10 business days — $50 AUD
- Rest of the world (UK, EU, US, Canada, Middle East, South America, Africa): 7-14 business days — $100 AUD
International orders are sent on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Local taxes, customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Your local courier will contact you to collect any duties payable before delivery.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also view tracking inside your account under Order History.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
What if my order is delayed or missing?
Most parcels arrive within the timeframes above. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbours and around your delivery address.
- Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number.
- If still no luck, email us at support@inkuttu.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
PO boxes, parcel lockers and Defence addresses
We can deliver to Australian PO boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect locations using standard shipping. Express and international services are sent to street addresses only.
