INKUTTU is a small Sydney-based team. We're not actively hiring right now — but we always want to hear from people who'd be a great fit when the next role opens.
Small on purpose.
We're a small team and we like it that way. Smaller means faster decisions, more ownership for everyone in the room, and product that reflects a clear point of view rather than a committee's compromise.
That also means we hire slowly and rarely. When we do open a role, it's usually because we genuinely can't keep building without that person. We'd rather wait for the right one than fill a seat.
The kind of people we hire

Craft over speed
You care about getting things right more than getting them out fast. You'd rather ship the right thing in three weeks than the wrong thing in three days.
Ownership without ego
You take responsibility for outcomes, not just deliverables. You give credit and accept feedback the same way — directly, kindly, without making it personal.
A point of view
You bring opinions, taste and a way of seeing things. We don't want generalists who'll do whatever's asked — we want specialists with a perspective.
Long-term thinking
You're interested in building something for the next ten years, not optimising for the next quarter. INKUTTU is a long game and we hire accordingly.
Nothing open right now.
We're not hiring at the moment. When we do open a role, we'll post it here and on our social channels first — we don't use external recruiters or job boards.
