How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, choose your size and colour, then add to bag. When you're ready, head to checkout, enter your shipping details and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

  1. Visit the website and browse our menswear, activewear, accessories or collabs.
  2. Click the product you want, choose size and colour, then Add to bag.
  3. Open your bag, hit Checkout, enter shipping and payment details, and place the order.

If you run into any issues at checkout, please contact our team.

I haven't received an order confirmation

Order confirmations land in your inbox within minutes of placing the order. If you don't see it:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you used the correct email address at checkout.
  • Log in to your account to confirm the order is showing in Order History.

Still can't find it? Email us at support@inkuttu.com with your full name and we'll track it down.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, our warehouse begins picking and packing and we can't intercept it.

To cancel within the window, log in to your account, find the order under Order History and click Cancel order.

If you need to change a shipping address or item, contact us as quickly as possible at support@inkuttu.com — we'll do what we can, but can't guarantee changes once dispatch has started.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Afterpay (Australia only, on eligible orders)
  • Shop Pay

All payments are processed securely. We don't store your full card details on our servers.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery times once an order is dispatched:

  • Australia: 2-5 business days
  • New Zealand: 4-7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. For full details, see our orders and delivery page.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also see tracking inside your account under Order History.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $50. Australian express delivery is a flat $30. International rates are flat by region: New Zealand $30, Asia-Pacific $50, rest of the world $100. See our full shipping page for details.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

Sale items, intimates and gift cards are final sale and can't be returned. For full details, see our returns and refunds page.

How do I return an item?
  1. Log into your account and open the order under Order History.
  2. Select the items you want to return and submit a return request.
  3. We'll email confirmation and our return address. Return postage is paid by the customer — post the parcel back using a tracked service of your choice.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within up to 10 business days (typically faster) to your original payment method.

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a Size guide link with measurements in cm and inches, plus model fit notes. If you're between sizes:

  • For oversized fits (hoodies, sweatshirts), size down for a more fitted look.
  • For activewear, follow the size guide closely — most pieces are designed for a true-to-size fit.

Still unsure? Reach out with your measurements and we'll recommend a size.

How do I create an account?

Click Account at the top of any page, then choose Create account. With an account you can track orders, save favourites, manage returns and check out faster.

I forgot my password

On the login page, click Forgot password and enter the email address you used to register. We'll send you a link to reset it. The link expires after 24 hours for your security.
