Step by step to cancel or return your order
Go to My Account and find your order in Order History.
Select the item you want to cancel or return and submit your request. You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order.
Pack your item securely in its original packaging. We offer free collection from your home within Australia. Returns must be initiated within 30 days.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
